Job summary

Henkel in Makati is seeking a Senior Developer for RPA & Automation to drive digital transformation through automation development using Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders and apply Agile SCRUM practices to deliver scalable solutions and ensure smooth deployments.

Based in Ayala Avenue, Makati with a mid-shift (1:00 PM–10:00 PM) and a hybrid work setup. You will work within the BPA team to optimize processes and enable enterprise-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field with 5-10 years of automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and SCRUM-based project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to support transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Participate in Agile SCRUM activities including sprint planning, user story development, and reviews
• Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, QA, and technical documentation
• Support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation activities
• Drive continuous improvement and promote automation best practices

About this Position

As a SeniorDeveloper RPA & Automation, you will play a key role in driving digitaltransformation through the development and deployment of automation solutionsthat improve business efficiency and productivity. You will leverage yourexpertise in Microsoft Power Platform, automation development, and Agilemethodologies to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring timely executionof project objectives. You will be partof the Business Process Automation (BPA) team, collaborating closelywith business stakeholders, process analysts, project managers, andcross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions thatsupport business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work onenterprise-wide transformation initiatives, gain exposure to innovativetechnologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of businessprocesses through automation and digital solutions.

What you´ll do

• Design,develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platformand related technologies to support business process transformationinitiatives
• Collaboratewith business stakeholders, process analysts, and project teams to gatherrequirements and identify automation opportunities
• Participatein Agile SCRUM activities, including sprint planning, user storydevelopment, solution reviews, and project delivery
• Performsolution testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and technicaldocumentation to ensure reliable and scalable automation deployments
• Supportuser acceptance testing (UAT), production releases, andpost-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of automationsolutions
• Drivecontinuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunitiesand promoting automation best practices across the organization

• Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering,or a related field with 5-10 years of relevant experience in automationdevelopment
• Stronghands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps,Power Automate, and related automation technologies
• Goodunderstanding of Agile methodologies and experience working withinSCRUM-based project delivery environments
• Experiencein automation development, business process improvement, solution testing,and deployment activities
• Stronganalytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder managementskills with the ability to translate business requirements into technicalsolutions
• Abilityto manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliverhigh-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati
