Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in Makati seeks a Finance Reporting Specialist to drive management reporting, consolidate financial data, and deliver accurate dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires Excel (VBA), Power BI, SQL, and Python skills, plus SAP familiarity and strong analytical abilities. Hybrid work aligns with a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM–12:00 AM) in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

What you´ll do

• Support management reporting activities to drive business performance


• Execute daily and monthly financial operations and reporting processes


• Provide analytical and operational support to business stakeholders


• Maintain reporting master data and ensure data accuracy and integrity


• Extract, consolidate, validate, and generate financial and operational reports


• Support cross-functional reporting requirements and maintain process documentation and SOPs


• Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and digital transformation opportunities

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related Management discipline


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; VBA knowledge is an advantage


• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, dashboard creation, and other digital reporting tools


• Familiarity with SAP and cube-based reporting


• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support stakeholders effectively.


• Customer-focused and results-driven, with strong project management capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset


• Amenable to working in a hybrid setup and on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) based in Ayala Avenue, Makati
