Job summary

Henkel in Makati is seeking a Senior Developer specializing in RPA & Automation to drive digital transformation through automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable automations, collaborating with stakeholders and agile teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years in automation, strong Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate) and experience in SCRUM environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field with 5–10 years experience in automation development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM environments.
• Experience in automation development, business process improvement, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to support process transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Participate in SCRUM activities including sprint planning, user stories, reviews, and delivery.
• Test, troubleshoot, QA, and document solutions for reliable automation deployments.
• Support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation activities for successful adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement by promoting automation best practices across the organization.

About this Position

As a SeniorDeveloper RPA & Automation, you will play a key role in driving digitaltransformation through the development and deployment of automation solutionsthat improve business efficiency and productivity. You will leverage yourexpertise in Microsoft Power Platform, automation development, and Agilemethodologies to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring timely executionof project objectives.

What you´ll do

• Design,develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platformand related technologies to support business process transformationinitiatives
• Collaboratewith business stakeholders, process analysts, and project teams to gatherrequirements and identify automation opportunities
• Participatein Agile SCRUM activities, including sprint planning, user storydevelopment, solution reviews, and project delivery
• Performsolution testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and technicaldocumentation to ensure reliable and scalable automation deployments
• Supportuser acceptance testing (UAT), production releases, andpost-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of automationsolutions
• Drivecontinuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunitiesand promoting automation best practices across the organization

• Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering,or a related field with 5-10 years of relevant experience in automationdevelopment
• Stronghands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps,Power Automate, and related automation technologies
• Goodunderstanding of Agile methodologies and experience working withinSCRUM-based project delivery environments
• Experiencein automation development, business process improvement, solution testing,and deployment activities

• Abilityto manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliverhigh-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati
