Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre is seeking an automation specialist to design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, participate in Agile SCRUM, and ensure reliable deployments across testing and production stages.

The role requires 5–10 years in automation development, strong Power Platform skills, and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions in a hybrid Makati setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant automation development experience.
• Strong hands-on Power Platform experience including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Good understanding of Agile SCRUM within project delivery environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Job description

What you´ll do

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies to support business process transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process analysts, and project teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Participate in Agile SCRUM activities, including sprint planning, user story development, solution reviews, and project delivery
• Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and technical documentation to ensure reliable and scalable automation deployments
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production releases, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and promoting automation best practices across the organization

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5-10 years of relevant experience in automation development
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related automation technologies
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within SCRUM-based project delivery environments
• Experience in automation development, business process improvement, solution testing, and deployment activities
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment
• Amenable to work on a mid‑shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati
