Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in the Philippines seeks a skilled IT professional to manage and support Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) using Microsoft Intune and related technologies. You will package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications to ensure seamless software delivery across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years in Digital Workplace or IT Operations, strong PowerShell skills, and ITIL background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Digital Workplace/Endpoint Management/IT Operations.
• Hands-on with Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot and UEM incl. provisioning, configuration, lifecycle.
• Experience with software packaging, deployment, patch management using enterprise tools.
• Knowledge of endpoint security incl. MFA, Defender, Entra ID, encryption.
• ITIL-based service management experience.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.

Job description

What you´ll do

• Manage and support Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) services using Microsoft Intune and related technologies
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications to ensure seamless software delivery across the organization
• Administer endpoint security and compliance controls, including device policies, encryption, and security configurations
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes within a global ITIL-based environment
• Monitor service performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to enhance the employee digital experience
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, or IT Operations environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), including device provisioning, configuration management, compliance policies, and endpoint lifecycle administration
• Strong background in software packaging, deployment, and patch management, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Intune, Patch My PC (PMPC), Microsoft Store for Business, and other enterprise software distribution platforms
• Knowledge of endpoint security and modern workplace technologies, including device compliance, encryption, MFA, security baselines, vulnerability remediation, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Windows 10/11 administration
• Experience working within an ITIL-based service management environment, managing incidents, problems, changes, and service requests while ensuring high-quality service delivery and user support
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation, with the ability to streamline endpoint administration, reporting, and operational processes while effectively collaborating with global stakeholders, vendors, and business teams
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up, with three (3) days in the office
