Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support transformation and process improvement initiatives in the Philippines.

The role focuses on analyzing workflows, mapping processes, evaluating opportunities, and documenting procedures to drive efficiency and standardization across operations. The ideal candidate will conduct process mapping, engage stakeholders to gather requirements, and develop SOPs and training materials aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 4–5+ years of experience in process analysis, business transformation, or shared services.
• Strong background in workflow documentation, SOP development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Lean, Kaizen, or process improvement methodologies (Green Belt/PMP preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
