Job summary

TechNerds Solutions is seeking a Business Innovation Specialist to join our Business Innovation team. You will support cross‑functional projects that drive process improvements and organizational innovation, gathering requirements and developing documentation for system implementations.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, testing, end‑user training, and delivering successful projects with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, preferably within a PMO function.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution development, business and system documentation, test planning, and user documentation.
• Experience in Project Management is an advantage; willingness to be cross‑skilled in Project Management is required.
• Business Analysis training is required; certification is an advantage.
• Good understanding of BPO best practices related to continuous improvement, analytics, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to deliver both short‑term and long‑term business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Develop functional, non‑functional, and technical requirement documentation for implementation.
• Define acceptance criteria and work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Create release plans, release notes, user guides, and training materials.
• Conduct system training, rollouts, and provide ongoing support to end‑users.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of cross‑functional business innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Innovation to identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency.
• Apply project management and change management principles to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Facilitate project meetings, monitor project milestones, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Mid‑shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (subject to change upon business needs) amenable to adjust schedule within the 4 PM – 3 AM time.
• Hybrid work set‑up at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Pasig City (2 x a week), but subject to adjustment (executive visits – mostly this will be on a full onsite set‑up).
