Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in SQL database management.
• 2 years of overall BPO experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with DBMS.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
