Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our IT team supporting E‑Commerce and SaaS initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end tech project delivery, coordinating across teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards. In this role, you will manage project plans, monitor progress, and drive stakeholder collaboration, while overseeing multiple concurrent projects and aligning with PMO guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical project management with a focus on SaaS or E‑Commerce products.
• Experience leading projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Prior experience managing project rosters of 5–10 team members.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, resource deployment, software release management, and handling concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive project plans under PMO guidance.
• Execute project plans to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and deliver clear status reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, scope changes, and risks proactively.
• Manage multiple concurrent tech projects.
