Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks a Project Management Associate to join its Information Technology team supporting E-Commerce and SaaS initiatives. You will lead end-to-end tech project delivery and coordinate across teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

You will ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards while managing stakeholder relationships and risks across multiple concurrent projects. You will also facilitate daily scrums, plan sprints, and refine backlog items for recurring

Qualifications

2+ years of technical project management experience.
Experience delivering SaaS or e-commerce projects.
Hands-on experience with web/mobile/software development projects.
Proven track record leading projects using Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

Build comprehensive project plans (work plans, team structure, stakeholder involvement, configuration management, and general management plans).
Execute project plans to meet schedule and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and deliver clear status reports to management and external stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, scope changes, and risks across the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple concurrent tech projects effectively.
Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings.
Prepare and refine backlog items for recurring sprints and project implementations.
Drive conflict resolution guided by core scrum values: openness, honesty, and respect.
