The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with Agile coaching to guide teams through Agile transformation, ensuring projects transition successfully from development to market.

This role requires a strong background in eCommerce technology and project management, effective communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in project management for software development, preferably Digital Experience.
• Hands‑on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, especially in environments transitioning from traditional methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the creation of Project Charters by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of eCommerce technology projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, change management, and delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure effective team execution.
• Support Agile adoption by coaching teams and stakeholders.
