Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our IT team supporting E‑Commerce and SaaS initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end tech project delivery, coordinating across teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards. In this role, you will manage project plans, monitor progress, and drive stakeholder collaboration, while overseeing multiple concurrent projects and aligning with PMO guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical project management with a focus on SaaS or E‑Commerce products.
• Experience leading projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Prior experience managing project rosters of 5–10 team members.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, resource deployment, software release management, and handling concurrent projects.

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our Information Technology team supporting E-Commerce and SaaS initiatives.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end tech project delivery, coordinate across teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Build comprehensive project plans (work plans, team structure, stakeholder involvement, configuration management, and general management plans) under the guidance of the PMO.
• Execute project plans to meet organizational standards for schedule and quality.
• Monitor project progress and deliver clear status reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, scope changes, and risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple concurrent tech projects effectively.

Department & Sprint Coordination:

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings.
• Prepare and refine backlog items for recurring sprints and project implementations.
• Drive conflict resolution guided by core scrum values: openness, honesty, and respect.

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
