Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Sports Facilities Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our sports facilities in Iloilo and nearby areas.

You will monitor patronage and sales, prepare reports, benchmark performance, and build networks with service providers. The role requires coordinating with housekeeping and engineering for maintenance and handling daily administration such as contracts and memos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in sports, wellness, events, recreation, or related coordination roles.
• Passionate about sports, fitness, and active lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of sports facilities.
• Monitors patronage / sales and prepares necessary reports on both.
• Conducts regular benchmarking and network building activities.
• Coordinates with service provider agencies for manpower related concerns.
• Coordinates with housekeeping and engineering for maintenance of facilities.
• Handles administrative tasks related to daily operations (contracts, memos, documentation, etc.).
