Job summary

PGA Green Global Solutions Co is seeking an organized Sales Support professional in Iloilo City. You will handle quotations, orders, invoices and sales documents while assisting the Sales Team with customer inquiries.

You will monitor orders, deliveries and payments, and maintain accurate customer and sales records. You will also prepare daily to monthly sales reports and coordinate with warehouse and accounting to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Assist the Sales Team with customer inquiries and requests.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and pending transactions.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer and sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Accounting regarding orders, inventory, and payments.
• Follow up quotations, orders, and customer concerns.
• Organize and maintain sales documents and files.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
