Job summary

adidas in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks an inventory control specialist to support 3PL DC operations and improve inventory accuracy. You will manage returns with internal teams and 3PL partners, verify invoices, and drive corrective actions to minimize discrepancies.

Role requires 3+ years in supply chain or logistics, with strong coordination across internal teams and 3PLs to ensure timely, accurate data and smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Functional: At least 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Industry: Preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Work with 3PL DC team on cycle count plan and meet quarterly/yearly targets.
• Ensure physical goods align with system data (Daily Snapshot).
• Push teams to improve stock accuracy.
• Provide daily trouble-shooting and support for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and system lead to resolve snapshot discrepancies.
• Prioritize tasks when multi-tasking, especially for special handling and extra support.
• Monitor error/controls daily report.
• Report cycle count results with weekly/monthly analysis.
• Provide monthly recheck/audit data for strategy execution.
• Analyze IB/OB daily operation mistakes and suggest process improvements.
• Take responsibility for returns and claims (adicomp & ASIP).
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3PL to execute returns/claims per timelines.
• Submit Flash reports timely and accurately.
• Verify monthly 3PL invoices with internal data and process adjustments.

• Verify monthly 3PL/transportation/ custom brokerage/ consumables invoices with internal data, trouble shoot for any discrepencies and process adjustments accordingly

Key Responsibilities

• Work with 3PL DC team on cycle count plan and make sure the progress & result under control to meet the quarterly & yearly plan and the target.
• Make sure the physical goods are consistent with the system data (Daily Snapshot)
• Push related team to continually improve the stock accuracy.
• Daily take trouble-shooting and give great support to insure the operations running smoothly.
• Work with stakeholders and system lead to resolve snapshot discrepancies due to system issue with tickets and consistent follow ups.
• Prioritize to arrange the tasks reasonably when facing multi-tasks especially for special handling & additional support.
• Monitor the error/control daily report exactly.
• Report the cycle count result with reasonably analysis by weekly/monthly.
• Offer the recheck/audit data monthly for strategy execution.
• Give reasonably analysis for IB/OB daily operation’s mistakes and raise the suggestion to perfect & optimize the process.
• Take complete resobsibility for returns and claims (adicomp & ASIP).
• Work with internal teams on appropraite approvals and wotk with 3PL teams to execute returns and claims as per agreed timelines.
• Ensuring timely submission of Flash report with high level of accuracy and other reports assigned.
• Verify monthly 3PL invoices with internal data, trouble shoot for any discrepencies and process Pos accordingly

Qualifications

• Functional: At least 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Industry: Preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics

Exposure/Knowledge

• Master the warehouse management system (MA & LM system), especially the inventory operations.
• Well know the inbound & outbound processes.
• Be familiar with the quality control outline or method
