Job summary

UNIQLO Philippines is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse 3PL operations in Pasay, ensuring accurate forecasts, efficient receiving, storage and shipping, and tight control of inventory loss. You will coordinate with 3PLs, monitor KPI delivery, and drive continuous improvement while negotiating with partners and managing budgets.

Weekend and holiday work may be required during peak sales periods to support timely store deliveries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in logistics, warehousing, forwarding and importing.

Responsibilities

• Experience in warehouse 3PL management with targets and roadmaps to improve KPIs.
• Create volume forecasts and manage locations for receiving, shipping, and storage.
• Use an inventory management system to prevent loss or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and teams across import, warehousing, and store delivery.
• Check warehousing storage conditions and inbound/outbound operations and propose improvements.
• Work on weekends/holidays during peak periods to provide accurate instructions to 3PL.
• Create warehousing budgets and manage actual vs budgeted figures, including payments.
• Identify challenges and report promptly; build relationships with 3PL and negotiate to resolve issues.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in warehouse 3PL management (Experience in importing would be an advantage.), with expertise in warehouse receiving, storage, and shipping operations. Able to set accurate targets, establish a roadmap for improvement, achieve KPIs, and resolve issues.

• Create volume forecasts, input business information into 3PL, manage locations according to business needs, and instruct preparations for operations such as receiving, shipping, and storage.

• Use an inventory management system to manage inventory so that there is no loss or discrepancy.

• Understands the relationships between import, warehousing, and store delivery, and can execute smooth operations in collaboration with warehouse 3PLs and team.

• In order to maintain product quality, we will check warehouse storage conditions and incoming and outgoing operations, and request improvements as problems are discovered.

• During the busy periods of November and December, as well as twice-yearly sales peaks such as Thanksgiving, you are able to work on weekends and public holidays in order to provide accurate judgements and instructions to 3PL.

• Can create warehousing budgets, manage actual vs. budgeted figures, and execute payment operations.

• Identify the challenges and act speedy with reporting manner. Continue this working style until issue solve. Possesses strong communication skills for building relationships with 3PL and resolving issues, as well as strong negotiation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of practical experience in logistics company is desirable. Not only warehousing , forwarding and importing capabilities would be advantage.
