Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a proactive HR General Services professional to strengthen our back-end HR processes across North America. You will manage onboarding through offboarding and drive continuous improvement, ensuring data quality and SLA adherence.

You will participate in country roll-ins, align with deployment roadmaps, and craft contractual documents while collaborating across geographies. English fluency and willingness to work permanent night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or similar.
• Expert knowledge in Employee Administration.
• International experience and strong customer orientation.
• Business fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute back-end HR processes across onboarding to offboarding.
• Support rollout for new client countries per deployment roadmap.

THE POSITION

This role offers the opportunity to lead key back‑end processes throughout the employee life cycle —from onboarding to offboarding— while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute and run back‑end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
• Participate in the roll-in of the selected client countries following the deployment roadmap regarding employee central. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
• Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
• Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements.
