Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HRIS specialist to support and enhance global HR technology solutions.

You will maintain and improve onboarding, time off, recruitment, and Employee Central processes, ensuring SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow operate effectively. You will manage 2nd/3rd line support, gather requirements for new tools, and drive end-to-end system changes, including release management and testing, with a global 24x5 support scope across

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in HR Services or HRIT focusing on Employee Central, Onboarding, or SuccessFactors Core.
• Proven project management experience including end-to-end rollouts.
• International project experience or daily business exposure.
• Business fluency in English.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies with cultural sensitivity.
• Basic understanding of compliance (data protection, retention, labor laws).
• Open to flexible/rotational/shift schedule (24x5 global support).

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, mainly SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Gather and specify requirements for new tools/processes or enhancements.
• Manage system changes: impact analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation (Release Management, UAT).
• Coordinate with SSC, HR Process Management, and IT/vendors to align processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure alignment with data consumers inside/outside HR and work with IT on interfaces.
• Address complex issues in permissions, workflows, and business rules.
• Represent HR in global projects.

Job description

The Position

Join our HR Enablement & Support team and play a vital role in supporting and enhancing global HR technology solutions! You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving HR processes across Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, and Employee Central, while ensuring the effective operation of platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Closely collaborate with Project & Process Managers in gathering and specifying requirements for implementing new tools/processes or enhancing existing ones.
• Independently manage business changes in the system by running an impact analysis first and by informing affected parties, performing/coordinating configuration changes, managing testing activities and updating documentation etc. (Release Management, UAT, etc)
• Collaborate with various stakeholders from local/regional SSC, HR Process Management and IT/ext. vendor to align on processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure business alignment with all data consumers inside and outside HR and work closely with IT support on interface related issues.
• Responsible for analysis and resolution for complex issues related to user permissions, workflow and business rule configurations.
• Participate in global HR projects to represent the respective area of responsibility.

• Open for flexible/rotational/shifting schedule (24 hours by 5 days global support).
