Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years in management consulting; tech company a plus.
• Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management; able to engage with diverse markets.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with large data sets and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Excel is required.

Job Description:

• Optimize Seller Ops Strategy: Monitor and analyse seller performance metrics (e.g., fulfilment & shipping, penalty policy, seller programs) to identify areas for improvement. Proactively work with sellers and enablers to drive performance improvements and enhance platform policies
• Solve Real-world Problem: Take ownership of complex seller-related issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
• Ops excellence with AI & Automation: Optimize seller operations by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing automation, and introducing best practices. Act as a subject matter expert on operational processes and policies
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product, engineers, and local markets to address seller-related issues and deliver solutions that enhance the seller experience
• Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics to monitor trends, identify performance gaps, and develop actionable insights to optimize seller operations

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years working experience in management consulting, experience in a technology company is a plus
• Proficiency in analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to apply analytical thinking with strong interest in working with large data sets
• Experience/proficiency in SQL and/or excel is required
