Job summary

Filinvest Land, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate – Special Accounts to manage escalated and specialized client concerns, coordinating with internal teams on title transfers, refunds, DHSUD/HSAC cases, and other account-related matters.

The role also handles client communications, tracks resolution progress, completes worklists, and prepares productivity reports to maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with passion to deliver optimal customer experience.
• High sense of responsibility and urgency in dealing with external and internal clients.
• Integrity and professional in written correspondence; strong communication.
• Able to speak, read and write in English and Filipino.
• Keen attention to details.
• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Preferably male.
• 2–3 years of work experience in related field; title transfer experience preferred.
• Experience from real estate or banking (loan department) is a plus.
• Experience handling high-level or irate clients; escalated accounts.
