Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc. is hiring a FINRA Licensed Specialist to handle customer inquiries about financial and investment products, process requests, review accounts, and explain services. The role requires compliance with FINRA and client regulations and accurate documentation.

You will escalate non-compliant cases and work with internal teams to resolve issues in a metrics-driven BPO environment, with onsite work at MOA/Pasay or Alabang depending on account.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA license (Series 6, 7, 26, etc.)
• 1 year of BPO experience
• Senior High School diploma or 2 years of college for some positions
• Strong English communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite, MOA/Pasay or Alabang depending on account

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries involving financial/investment products and accounts.
• Process service requests and transactions following FINRA and client regulations.
• Review customer accounts and documentation for accuracy.
• Explain financial products and services to customers.
• Document customer interactions in internal/CRM systems.
• Escalate complicated or potentially non-compliant cases.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and good customer service in a metrics-driven BPO environment.
