Job summary

Filinvest Land Inc. is seeking a Registrations Associate to support the Registration Team Lead by preparing documentary requirements for Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title, and Tax Declaration, and to ensure timely tax payments.

The role requires attention to detail, integrity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure while collaborating with service providers to meet department targets.

Qualifications

• Prepare documentary requirements for certificates and tax filings.
• Liaise with service providers and filing offices.
• Assist in tax payments and liquidation processes.
• Support administrative tasks for the Registration Team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents/folders per approved checklists and endorse for filing.
• Qualify accounts for Real Property Tax payments and encode receipts.
• Qualify accounts for Creditable Withholding Tax and prepare liquidation receipts.
• Qualify accounts for Documentary Stamp Tax and prepare liquidation receipts.
• Perform other administrative/clerical tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
• Send daily productivity reports to the team leader at day end.
• Collaborate with Registration Team Lead to meet department targets.
