Job summary

Filinvest Business Services Corporation is seeking an External Account Associate to provide sales and account support for existing external customers by coordinating client requirements and assisting in renewals and upsell activities.

You will ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and internal alignment to support customer retention, service continuity, and smooth coordination with internal teams including Vendor Management, Infrastructure, Applications, and Support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in account management or sales support.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned existing external accounts through day-to-day client coordination and service follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, renewals, and related sales documents.
• Coordinate service requests with internal teams and ensure proper escalation.
• Maintain accurate account records, contracts, trackers, and CRM updates.
• Prepare and submit regular account status reports and required documentation.
• Observe company policies, governance standards, and professional communication practices.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned in support of business objectives.
