Qualifications

• At least 2 years of extensive experience in customer service/hospitality.
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and bookings from Spanish- and English-speaking accounts.
• Providing relevant information and publications to travellers.
• Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers.
• Handling emergency calls (24-hour emergency phone).
• Translation of promotional campaigns into Spanish.
• Book transportation and make hotel reservations.
