Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish-speaking Player Support Specialist to join our Sofia office. You will be the primary contact for Spanish-speaking players, resolving technical queries, assisting with billing, and ensuring a positive esports experience.

The role requires relocation to Bulgaria and on-site work in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate has native or fluent Spanish, strong communication skills, and a background in customer service or player support.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) skills are mandatory for this position.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to ensure relocation to our offices.
• Ability to work in an on-site, dynamic, multicultural office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in a customer service or player support role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking players, resolving technical queries and account-related issues.
• Provide expert guidance on game mechanics, billing, and troubleshooting to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and engage with the gaming community to ensure a positive environment for all users.
• Collaborate with international teams to escalate and resolve complex technical bugs.
• Document player feedback to assist developers in refining game features.
