Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for iRobot consumer electronics.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM for QA.
• Assist with product setup, app integration, and firmware updates.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
