You will work day or night shifts and be onsite as needed, collaborating with management to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting on queue performance.

• Remotely proctor a variety of high stakes exams.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all exams administered.
• Promote and maintain the highest level of exam security.
• Write detailed reports and correspondence for all incidents encountered during an exam.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly queue performance reporting.
• Assist in responding to Customer Service calls and live chat as needed.
• Work and communicate effectively with various levels of management.
