Job summary

OffSec is seeking a Certification Exam Proctor in Cebu to monitor proctored exams and communicate with students via live chat. The role requires vigilant, 24/7 style supervision with shift work and strict adherence to ISO 17024 standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, chat support experience, and basic IT knowledge. The position is based in Cebu with secure home or office setup, and may require flexible scheduling to cover exams around the clock.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and able to communicate via live chat.
• Experience in chat-based customer support is required.
• College-level IT coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate start of exams with established procedures (approx. six exams per hour).
• Verify student identities during proctored exams.
• Conduct security checks at start and when suspicious activity is noted.
• Log exception events during the exam process (breaks, departures, naps).
• Report abnormalities to uphold exam integrity and policy compliance.
• Escalate system or connectivity issues to support teams as needed.
• Maintain high attention to detail while monitoring long exams.
• Support additional tasks as necessary.
