Position Overview

StaffHero is seeking a results-driven Recruiter with Sales Experience who can combine strong candidate sourcing and recruitment skills with a sales-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is confident in making outbound calls, building relationships, persuading candidates, and consistently meeting performance targets.

This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and understands how sales skills translate into successful candidate engagement and placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and suitability.
• Perform outbound calls and follow-ups to engage potential candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Apply sales techniques to attract, engage, and convert qualified candidates into successful placements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Present job opportunities persuasively and address candidate concerns, objections, and compensation expectations.
• Negotiate offers and help candidates move efficiently through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Meet or exceed recruitment KPIs for outreach, interviews, candidate endorsements, and placements.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment conversion rates.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency recruiting or high-volume hiring.
• Previous sales, telemarketing, business development, lead generation, or outbound calling experience.
• Strong cold-calling, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable making frequent outbound calls.

Preferred

• Experience in staffing, healthcare recruitment, or recruitment agency environments.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines, conversion metrics, and performance dashboards.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing platforms.
