• Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred

• Experience selling staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, BPO, or workforce solutions.
• Knowledge of remote staffing and global workforce models.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar sales tools.
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses in the United States.
