StaffHero is seeking a results-driven Recruiter with Sales Experience to combine sourcing and recruitment skills with a sales mindset. This remote role requires outbound calling, relationship-building, and meeting performance targets while managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively in English, and can align recruitment with sales strategies to drive placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or high-volume hiring.
• Proven ability to meet targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong cold-calling, persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess fit.
• Perform outbound calls to engage candidates and build pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate candidate progression.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and priorities.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruit KPIs.
