Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or inbound support
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Experience handling inquiries, complaints and escalations is a plus
• Familiar with CRM platforms and customer support systems

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in English and Spanish professionally and courteously
• Follow call-handling procedures including verification and resolution
• Verify identities using security protocols
• Assist with billing, payments, and account access questions
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM and update records in real time
• Escalate when necessary and coordinate transfers to supervisors
• Maintain high-quality service and meet KPIs
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
