Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.

Job Description:

The role will manage end-to-end offline sourcing initiatives, including vendor management, job fairs, employee referral programs (ERP), university partnerships, and external partnerships to attract qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

• Must have bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course


• At least 5-7 years of experience in BPO recruitment/sourcing, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in people and stakeholder management


• Must have an experience in doing end to end Vendor management, Employee/Applicant Referral Program, University Partnership, and other external partnerships


• Must have a very good attention to details and is able to communicate well and strategically in accordance with all Sourcing initiatives.


• The candidate must possess above average up to excellent communication skills


• Amenable to work onsite - Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
