Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Associate to attract and drive qualified applicants in a hybrid setup with Pasay as a key site. The role focuses on strategic and tactical sourcing, including campus programs and social media partnerships.

The ideal candidate has US sourcing experience, strong English skills, and a background in BPO sourcing. Night shifts and on-site Pasay reporting may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 2 years of sourcing experience in a BPO setting.
• Experience with US sourcing and campus sourcing.
• Experience with social media partnerships and agencies.
• Strong command of English.
• Willingness to work fixed night shift.
• Willingness to hybrid work and report to VXI Pasay as needed.

Job description

• This position will be responsible for attracting and driving the right applicant traffic into VXI to meet headcount requirements.
• Evaluate opportunities for both strategic and tactical sourcing opportunities both local and provincial.
• Manage the external sourcing teams to deliver the Share of Hire required from each external channel.
• Plan and execute traditional and non-traditional sourcing activities
• Develop market intelligence of the industry, focusing on compiling a database of talent profiles, talent competencies and skills, talent locations, pay scale and benefits package, etc
• Plan, submit and defend budget proposals for any and all external sourcing activities justified by yield and cost per hire per activity
• Participate in capacity planning for current and future hiring

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience as Sourcing Associate/Spec in a BPO setting
• Must have US Sourcing Experience
• Must have experience in Campus Sourcing and Social Media partnership, agencies etc
• Must have good command of the English language
• Must be amenable to work in fixed night shift schedule
• Must be amenable to follow a hybrid setup and report in VXI Pasay site on a per need basis
