Job summary

Mangojob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in Makati to identify qualified candidates through databases, social media, referrals and outreach. The role requires 1-3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field.

You will build search strategies, assess basic qualifications, maintain talent pools, measure channel quality and support high-volume hiring while handling confidential candidate

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience preferred.

The Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.
