Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to support procurement strategy and drive operational excellence across Meal Kit and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) brands. You will partner with purchasing leaders, coordinate onboarding, manage pricing and SKUs, and support invoicing to maintain data accuracy and financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with purchasing leaders and cross-functional teams to support procurement strategy initiatives across Meal Kit and RTE brands.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding activities, ensuring documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
• Manage pricing updates, SKU data, and product specifications across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Support invoicing processes by tracking credits, rebates, and following up on outstanding items to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist in resolving operational escalations related to supply chain, inventory, product quality, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate new product launches by aligning pricing, inventory, logistics, and system readiness with business requirements.
• Monitor product quality and key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting procurement strategy and operational excellence by partnering with purchasing leaders, coordinating cross-functional processes, maintaining data accuracy, and driving initiatives that optimize sourcing operations across our Meal Kit and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) brands, through effective collaboration, process management, and continuous improvement, you will help ensure efficient operations, informed decision-making, and a seamless supply chain that supports business success and enhances customer satisfaction.
