Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in S2P/shared services, with leadership experience and strong reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Source to Pay operations team in GCC Manila.
• Assist customers via calls, emails, and chats with timely resolutions.
• Provide 1st level technical support and service restoration.
• Follow structured processes to meet timelines and procedures.
• Conduct first-measure analysis and contribute to problem management.
