Zusammenfassung

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Source-to-Pay leader to oversee end-to-end procurement, purchase orders, supplier management, and Accounts Payable in a busy shared services environment at our Taguig office.

The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years in S2P/P2P, strong SAP ERP skills, proven team leadership, and excellent cross-functional collaboration across regions. You will drive KPI performance, optimize workflows, and uphold service standards.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years in end-to-end Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay with strong Accounts Payable expertise
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams, performance metrics, and operational outcomes
• Solid experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
