Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an experienced Source to Pay leader to manage end-to-end procurement and accounts payable activities onsite at the BGC, Taguig location. The role requires coordinating with global stakeholders and international suppliers to drive compliant and efficient S2P processes.

Candidate should have 5+ years in S2P, strong leadership and ERP skills (SAP/Oracle), and a proven ability to deliver process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies. Onsite commitment is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Source to Pay, procurement, or accounts payable, with team management experience.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and international suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, invoice management, and supplier management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work full onsite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments per policy.
• Maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and payment metrics; identify risks and opportunities.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance S2P efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards on procurement and payment activities for management.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
