Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Payroll Operations Delivery Lead to oversee regional payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing. You will partner with HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance, aligning with the Global Payroll Organisation (GPO) framework to sustain strong governance across APAC jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading a payroll function with governance and controls.
• Collaborative working style across HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance.
• Continuous improvement mindset with automation and process simplification.
• End-to-end payroll processing across APAC jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance and controls.
• Experience supporting payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting and issue escalation.
• Focus on data accuracy, employee record integrity and payroll input validation.
• Ability to coach, share knowledge and cross-train team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational payroll function and promote the GPO model.
• Collaborate with regional GPO Lead and HR/Finance partners.
• Manage payroll controls and monthly governance/risk reporting.
• Provide timely, accurate payroll processing across jurisdictions.
• Support external and internal payroll audits and audits.
• Assist with payroll integrations, acquisitions and changes.
• Advise staff and HR on payroll-related queries and requirements.
• Ensure relocations are planned and processed accurately.
• Support team development and cross-training.
• Contribute to payroll projects and process improvements.
