Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners seeks a Staff, Source to Pay to deliver efficient accounts payable and vendor support across ANZ operations. You will serve as the main contact for vendors and stakeholders, handling payment proposals and urgent invoice postings.

The role requires 3–5 years in AP/S2P, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of internal controls to ensure accurate reconciliations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting/finance/business administration.
• 3–5 years in Accounts Payable or Source-to-Pay within a shared services context.
• Strong Excel and internal controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end Source-to-Pay support for ANZ markets.
• Act as primary contact for ANZ vendors and stakeholders via phone/Service Desk.
• Prepare payment proposals following schedules and approvals.
• Coordinate urgent invoice postings to support continuity and supplier relations.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and assist month-end close.
