MicroSourcing seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage AP across AU and NZ entities. Hybrid setup with day hours, handling supplier invoices, GL coding, and month-end reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-function Accounts Payable and month-end reconciliations.
• Experience processing high-volume AP with accuracy.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder follow-up.
• Detail-oriented with solid GL coding and bank reconciliation skills.
• Available to work AEST 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Manage two active accounts email inboxes across AU and NZ entities.
• Integrate supplier invoices and set up invoice templates for GL coding.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely receipting of goods and services.
• Prepare and load electronic payment batches for banking authorization.
• Execute month-end tasks including reconciliations and recurring journals.
