Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing/Contract Manager to lead a pricing team in SAP, aligning master data with contracts and financial controls.

You will coach staff, collaborate with global stakeholders, optimize pricing processes, and drive automation, while ensuring SOX compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Pricing, Contract Management, or related finance operations.
• Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Solid accounting knowledge and hands-on accounting experience.
• Experience working with global stakeholders; proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for pricing master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs.
• Oversee pricing updates, validations, and uploads to align with approved contracts and system accuracy.
• Ensure accrual provisions and related payments are accurate, properly documented, and processed on time.
• Maintain robust internal controls, including SOX compliance, and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve pricing or contract data issues while driving process improvements and standardization.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline pricing and contract processes, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with global and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure consistency, alignment, and accurate reporting.
• Mentor, develop, and manage team performance, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
