Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (STP) Accounts Payable services. This senior leadership role oversees AP, T&E, and card processes, aligning with regional stakeholders and the Manila center.

You will manage BPO relationships, drive KPIs, and recruit and develop a high-performing STP team, leveraging SAP and automation to optimize workflows in AU/NZ regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Finance/Accounting with focus on AU/NZ STP workflows and reporting.
• Strong background in business process design, automation, and SAP.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end STP service delivery for AP, T&E, and Credit Cards.
• Migrate STP activities to the Manila center and ensure KPI achievement.
