Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 seeks a Senior Solution Manager to drive Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform initiatives in Makati. You will own business development, partner relationships, and solution design to meet client needs, delivering compelling proposals and presentations.

The role requires strong communication skills, client-focused delivery, and the ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels. On-site work in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT or Computer/Engineering related course.
• 3+ years of experience on Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform solutions or equivalents.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform solution business and quota targets.
• Develop opportunities based on Questronix product range.
• Serve as main contact with partners for Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform solutions.
• Design technical solutions addressing client requirements with solution expertise.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, including BOM and pricing with partners.
• Develop and present proposals to clients and adhere to architecture guidelines.

Job description

• Responsible for the Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform solution business in the company based on Questronix products
• Responsible for the Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform quota targets within the company
• To develop opportunities for Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform solutions based on Questronix range of products
• To be the main contact person with partners on Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform solutions.
• Responsible for the technical solution design to address client requirements. Solution Manager in this job role will have expertise in one or more Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform) solution areas. Examples include: Applications Modernization, Software Middleware, Service and Application Management, Cloud Integration & Services and DevSecOps
• To develop a technical and financial proposal based on the technical solution, bill of materials, pricing etc in coordination with partners and the company account manager
• To develop a technical presentation and present to the client the proposed solution
• Adhere to standard solution architecture methodologies in coming up with a solution, such as adhering to guidelines (e.g. onshore/offshore roles, deal margins), and review process

Requirements

• Graduate of IT or Computer/Engineering related course
• Must have at least 3-years of experience on IBM Hybrid Cloud and Integration Platform solution or any equivalent solutions (i.e Oracle, Microsoft, AWS) from product management and/or implementation
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
