Job description

I. PURPOSE

The Solutions Manager candidate is expected to conduct strategic design and plan of solutions in a technology environment. The Solutions Manager is expected to take the lead in the process of developing solutions to fit an enterprise architecture in terms of a business, information, and technical standpoint.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Offers for different industries (outside Telco, Banking, and BPO), and solution set based on widely accepted framework.
• Attend trainings and secure certifications of at least 2 each year.
• Provide high-level plans that will be used by the product team for Bill-Of-Material (BOM) generation and low-level diagrams.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education

Graduate of any IT related courses with bachelor’s degree (e.g., Bachelor of Science in…

B. Minimum Experience/Training

• CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus
• Familiarity in ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF is a plus
• Industry Trainings in an Enterprise vertical (e.g., Conglomerates, Retail, Manufacturing, Transport, Logistics, Casino and Gaming, etc.)

C. Competency

Soft Skills:

• Proficient in English language, both written and oral.
• Strong understanding of MECE Principle and Inductive Reasoning Method.
• Effective/efficient decision-making skills in terms of prioritizing deliverables and choosing the brand/solution that will benefit the group and organization.

Business and Technical Skills:

• Business Analysis Skills -- should be capable of understanding and documenting the customer business and its process which will be used as basis in coming up with a Business Architecture.
• Strong foundation and conversational skills in Data Networking, Telephony System, Servers, Operating System, Cloud, and Basic Cybersecurity.
• Familiarity on widely used architecture (e.g., Hierarchical Model, Spine & Leaf, etc.) and industry specific frameworks (e.g., Purdue Enterprise Architecture Framework. CIS CSC-20, INRFRAM, etc.)
• Skills and understanding on certain compliance and regulations, such as: DPA, PCI, HIPAA, etc.
• Creativity in crafting and conducting presentation that fits the profile of the audience.

The following skills is a PLUS but not a MUST:

• Familiarity on product and solutions from Cisco, Aruba, Alcatel, Palo Alto, Fortinet, CheckPoint, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, HPE, Dell, Avaya and Genesys.
• Familiarity on Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Big Data, and Operational Technology (OT).
• Product and Industry Neutral Certifications, such as: CCNA/P, CompTIA, CISSP.

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS

• May require working beyond normal business hours, including weekends and holidays to meet project deadlines or address urgent client issues.
