Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a technical role (e.g., solution architect, IT consultant).
• Experience with Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, BI/Analytics, and Business Process Automation.

Responsibilities

• Research new solutions as directed by the Solutions Team Manager.
• Perform requirements analysis and determine solutions to propose to prospects.
• Architect, plan, design, and execute infrastructure-related projects as a solution offering.
• Assist in proposal preparation by documenting the technical solution architecture and initial project plan.
• Prepare responses for customer RFPs/RFIs (Technical and compliance requirements).
• Perform gap analyses on client requirements vs. company solutions and advise mitigation.
• Build and perform product/solutions demonstrations for prospects.
• Lead POC activities and present/ conduct proofs of concept.
• Coordinate with product principals on viability of proposed solutions and components.
• Participate in risk assessments to ensure proper project implementation.
• Educate Business Development Managers on core products and features.
• Create/modify sales collateral to promote solutions.
• Identify opportunities for future business with existing customers and prospects.

Job description

The Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing, presenting, and supporting tailored technology solutions that address client requirements. This role involves conducting requirements analysis, preparing proposals, creating solution architectures, and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations. The Solutions Specialist works closely with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure the feasibility, alignment, and successful implementation of solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Research on new solutions as directed by the Solutions Team Manager.

• Perform requirements analysis and determine solutions to be proposed to the prospect.

• Architect, plan, design, and execute infrastructure-related projects and programs as a solution offering.

• Assist in proposal preparation by building and documenting the technical solution architecture (including initial project implementation plan) to meet customer requirement for complex projects.

• Prepare response for customer RFP/RFI (Request for Proposal/ Request for Information) Technical and compliance requirements.

• Perform gap analysis on client requirements vs company provided solutions and give recommendations on how to mitigate these gaps.

• Build and perform product/solutions demonstrations to prospects.

• Perform technical presentation, and prepare, present and conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) of assigned products/solutions in accordance with processes as defined by Management.

• Coordinate / validate with product principal on the viability of the proposed solution/s and its corresponding hardware and software components.

• Participate in risk assessments and other tasks to ensure proper project implementation.

• Assist and educate the Business Development Managers in understanding core products and their features.

• Create, modify sales collaterals to better equip the Sales Team in promoting the company's solutions.

• Identify opportunities for future businesses with existing customers and prospects.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

• 3-5 years professional experience in a technical role, such as solution architect, solution designer, IT consultant, or any similar role.

• Experience working with, and having sound understanding of various technologies and areas such as Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Intelligence and Analysis, Business Process Automation, etc.

• Having relevant professional certifications is a plus.

• Has both technical and business affinity, having relevant experience working and collaborating with sales and marketing team.

• Exposure to project management, implementation, managed services, application support, and systems integration is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
