Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Creative Solutions Consultant to join as a remote, work-from-home role in the Philippines. You will serve as the Creative Development subject matter expert in client discussions, understand client needs, and recommend scalable creative solutions and workflows.

You will lead implementation, onboarding, training, and go-live activities for new partnerships, coordinating with Sales, Account Management, Recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in creative design, creative development, creative production, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Creative Development subject matter expert in client discussions and discovery sessions.
• Understand client needs and recommend practical, scalable creative solutions and workflows.
• Lead implementation, onboarding, training, and go-live activities for new partnerships.
• Coordinate with clients, Sales, Account Management, Recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Help define roles, assess candidates, support training, and ensure delivery teams are ready to launch.
• Provide post-launch guidance, troubleshoot creative or technical issues, and recommend process improvements.
