Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Software Engineer for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications, translating business and technical requirements into high-quality code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
3+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or Go
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and OOP
Experience with Git and development workflows

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
Translate requirements into high-quality code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance.
Participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes
