Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own high-impact customer integrations and deliver technical solutions. You will lead customer integration projects from kickoff through launch and collaborate with customer product, engineering, and operations teams to discuss APIs, data flows, system configuration, and implementation requirements.

You will translate business and technical requirements into practical implementation plans, serve as the primary technical contact during post-sales

Job Description

• Lead and support customer integration projects from kickoff through successful launch.


• Partner directly with customer product, engineering, and operational teams to discuss APIs, data flows, system configuration, and implementation requirements.


• Translate business and technical requirements into practical implementation and integration plans.


• Serve as the primary technical contact during post-sales implementation activities.


• Facilitate technical discussions related to integrations, infrastructure, architecture, and solution design.


• Manage customer technical enquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.


• Create, maintain, and improve integration documentation, technical guides, and implementation materials.


• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges and escalations.


• Support project managers by leading technical conversations and helping drive alignment with customers.


• Provide technical pre-sales assistance when required, particularly for discussions involving solution feasibility, APIs, security, integrations, and architecture.


• Configure solutions and assist customers with implementation-related issue resolution.


• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and effective stakeholder management.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.


• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and software implementation processes.


• Ability to confidently communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into effective solution designs and implementation plans.


• Knowledge of software architecture, infrastructure, security concepts, and enterprise technology environments.


• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.


• Hands-on experience with solution configuration and technical troubleshooting.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead customer-facing discussions.


• Comfortable supporting both implementation and customer onboarding projects.


• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, project management, and commercial teams.


• Coding or software development experience is not required.
